Never received my package!!!!

I was so excited to order for a second time. This one was suppose to be a birthday gift for my niece and the package was never deliver. I made the order in April 11 and it is May 6th. Similar incident happened with my first order but they fixed it and now I e emailed them and nothing. I’ve been ignored.
